Recording and Registration

If you would like to order an article from our shop, you have to open a customer account. Please supply us with the necessary data. A confirmation of registration as well as an acknowledgement of order will then be sent to you at the given email address.

Choose the desired articles in our shop. You can find all the information about our products on the product detail page. If you would like to order a product, place it in your shopping cart. If you would like to have more than one piece of any item, type in the appropriate number.

Shopping Cart
If you have placed an item in your shopping cart, it remains there until you buy it or remove it from your shopping cart. In the column on the right the contents of the shopping cart are shown. In the detailed overview of the shopping cart you have an overview of the chosen items, the number of items and the total costs.

You can state various delivery addresses in your address book. Please choose the desired delivery address for your order as well as the desired method of shipment when ordering.

You can state various invoice addresses in your address book. Please choose the desired invoice address and method of payment when ordering. We accept credit cards, payment in advance and payment on delivery.

Order Completion
Check your choice of products and order criteria. In order to place an order you must have read and accepted our General Terms of Business. After completion you can look at the confirmation of order and print it out. You will immediately receive an order confirmation sent by email.

Delivery Follow-up
You will be informed by email about delivery progress. You can also view the progress under “My account” in the shop.
