Uniform Organization

The heart of our uniform organization is a so-called allocation system.
Here, the type and scope of uniform allocation is defined. The value of
a uniform part is based on the defined number of points it receives.
The point budget is calculated annually based on these factors.



We record the individual point score for every uniform wearer. Points
not used in one year are transferred forward to the next. At the beginning
of a new year, every uniform wearer receives a uniform proposal specifying
the number of points he or she has. This proposal can be used to place
an order. The ordered uniform parts are then delivered to either the home or
workplace of the wearer.
